Another goodly number drive at 5 mph, so the balance of us are stressful to evade them and avoid being hit by the other idiots. LOL! Here are a pair of pictures I took tonight when I got home: Because of the visibility, the quantity of traffic, and existence so late getting off work, I decided to get home instead of leaving to the gym. And I didn't ride the exercise bike, either. My men have been hurting today and I've spent lots of the day sitting on them, keeping them in my underarms (for warmth), or holding cups of hot beverages. Not certain what it is and certain hope it doesn't continue! Might be a job with the arthritis in my hands, plus I'm not tolerating cold so well since I've lost this weight. After getting home I had dinner and so been doing the like thing, trying to save my hands warm because it's helping the discomfort. When I'm done here I'm going to rinse the dishes slowly so they can love the hot water. This is turning out to be an off week for exercise.Wednesday and Thursday I'm going out to dinner with friends, and I take to be to go early both days. I'll definitely try to give up some time on Friday - it's the "off Friday" at work (lots of people accept the day off) which means I can probably leave early for a change, which means being able to get up time at the gym. I'm not certain about Saturday yet - trying to determine if I need to go to the funeral for a co-worker's son (a young Marine killed last week in Afghanistan). Haven't been to a funeral since the final 2 in my family (brother and father), and don't mean I'm up to it. And that's okay. Each to his/her own. If I don't go I'll definitely do something, perhaps the gym again since there's a prospect for c in the forecast every day this week and done the weekend (except for Friday). Goal accountability for Tuesday: Log food the dark before a workday: done. Fix lunch the dark before a workday: doing after this. Do dishes nightly: doing after this. Weekly cardio 180-300 minutes at least: 0 min. today (51 for the week). Swimming 2-3 days a week: planning Fri. Strength training 2-3 days a week: planning Fri. Okay.need to get the glass out (in subject they come early in the sunrise like they take the past 2 weeks), finish putting lunch together, and then soak my men in some hot, soapy water while doing dishes. And see my gloves for tomorrow - my hands got very cold clearing snow off the windows tonight and that did NOT serve the discomfort. We (my men and me) are so NOT make for winter apparently. Night night.
